Group Agreements

Group agreements to keep our space safe and available for repatterning, liberation discussions, etc. We will go over briefly in our first group + see if we want to add any others.

• We are practicing deep relationship repatterning, from micro to macro / deep relational themes, micro and macro

• Create room for complexity, nuance, diversity, and healthy conflict ; practicing expanding capacity for feeling a felt sense of safety when there’s nuance (vs. when there’s someone truly being unsafe, dangerous)

• A place to practice rupture and repair if unintentional harm happens

• Zero tolerance for power-over, bullying

• We don’t talk about someone when they’re not here / you can always talk about your internal process, just not about someone else (relational safety)
