Community Connection Series: June - August 2026 (Zoom)
FREE Somatic Practice Gatherings for Better Relationships
In a burning world, life-giving relationships are more crucial than ever. Let’s get to it.
Live, Online Somatic Relationship Practices, Community & Support
As systems of power and control flex, we’re doubling down on what they can’t take: deeper connection to each other, our bodies, to the land, and to our autonomy. Power-over systems want us to feel scared, shameful and isolated, that way we’ll keep grinding ourselves into the machine that feeds billionaires. At RR&R™, we resist through remembering that we are built for deeply life-giving, reciprocal relationships. When we feel connected, seen, supported and switched on, we’re less available to be controlled. So let’s get to it.

I’m a clinical psychotherapist, LPC-MHSP licensure supervisor, complex trauma & relationship specialist, founder of RR&R, and a survivor. I wanted to offer these connection + somatic practice groups to our community as a reminder that although we’re contending with the gigantic power-over tantrums of white man babies, we are not alone.
