Midnight Margaritas!

90s Sister Witch Burlesque + Embodiment Workshop & Dance Party

90s witch nostalgia, trauma-informed burlesque, dance party, midnight(day) margaritas… I mean..?

If you’ve been salivating over Practical Magic 2 for months, 90s witches (Buffy, Sabrina, The Craft, swoon…) will forever flow through your veins, and you’re always up for meeting new folk at fun events, we hope you’ll join us for our Midnight Margaritas workshop & dance party!

Vamp Camp™ is our magical space where we blend somatic regulation skills with burlesque choreography (beginner), belly dance, seasonal rituals, character play, makeup/dress up, crafts, and more to help you unravel shame and disconnection around your body, sexuality, and exiled parts of yourself. This time, we’re bringing 90s-sister-witch with a bump n’ grind. Deets below!

Relax… it’s only magic.”

— Rochelle, The Craft

Embody your fav 90s witch with somatic skills, burlesque choreography & sisterhood

Since 90s witch covens are in our DNA, we’re going all in.

In this workshop, we invite you to come in the spirit of a 90s witch that you would love to embody (dress-up not required but highly encouraged). With the help of your 90s witch Archetype — and Midnight(day) Margaritas in hand — we’ll move through somatic skills designed to bring your nervous system into regulation, and then into some beginner burlesque skills and a FULL set of choreography! Leaving plenty of time for connecting, sharing, and a full-on dance party with your new coven 💃🪄

Before you can hear, much less follow, the voice of your soul, you have to win back your body. You have to go on a pilgrimage beneath the skin.”

Healing Sexual Shame with Trauma-Informed Burlesque, Ritual & Play

Vamp Camp 🍭✨

Relational and systemic trauma has shaped the shame, confusion, and disconnection we feel around our bodies. But being connected to our bodily & pleasure signals is exactly what leads to empowerment, life-giving relationships, ability to set boundaries, and increased life-force.

Through trauma-informed (beginner) burlesque choreography, belly dance, crafts, rituals, dance parties, and more, Vamp Camp™ is our playhouse where we explore fun and accessible ways to feel safe in your body and sense of pleasure. Pack your bags, Camper! 🍭

Play 💄

Guided by trauma-informed therapies, Somatic Experiencing®, polyvagal theory and more, we understand that feeling safe with our sexuality, especially if you’ve been impacted by trauma, won’t happen overnight. But PLAY helps us access our pleasure signals without overwhelming the nervous system.

Playing dress up, sleepovers and pastie-making, inner child fairy crafts, being Jessica Rabbit for a day, midnight margarita dance parties… we hope we can have you over for some play time soon!

Deeper Healing + Justice

Along with helping our nervous systems feel safer with pleasure, we also view embodiment and sensuality as resistance to systems of oppression. This PLAY-work has deep roots for us, and we’d love to share more with you.

Elizabeth (or Liz) is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and complex trauma + relationship specialist, practicing on S’atsoyaha (Yuchi) land, colonized as Nashville, TN.

Liz has been a practicing psychotherapist for 13 years, primarily working with clients recovering from domestic violence, high-control religion, and who wish to create secure relationship patterns based in safety and reciprocity. Having her own story of oppressive relationships + learning how to form bonds that don’t involve hiding, perfectionism, and chameleon-ing, this work has deep roots for her.

Liz has advanced training in Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, featured in publications such as the Trauma Therapist Institute Journal, HuffPost, Newsweek, and Medium. Her soul mission is helping heal the root cause of relationship patterns based in trauma and oppression. Her business, Rose, Raven & Roar™, aims to address this from both micro and macro lenses, blending somatic + attachment science with activism, history, nature-based practices, and a return to cultural & magical practices. Practically, this looks like everything from psychotherapy to somatic-justice book clubs to witches tea parties 🫖

Favorite things include hiking alone or with her bestie, dancing, crafting & art, spending hours strolling outside alone or with her soul partner kitty, Ms. Truly, and drinking morning coffee with her artistic, hilarious husband of 14 years. HSP, highly sensitive and introverted, sarcasm and dark humor as a love language. Spooky, macabre, deep-feeling. Interabled and vegan, holding a candle for her dream of an animal sanctuary and trauma healing facility for abuse and oppressive violence (for both animals and humans).
