Community Connection Series: June - August 2026 (Zoom)

FREE Somatic Practice Gatherings for Better Relationships

In a burning world, life-giving relationships are more crucial than ever. Let’s get to it.

Somatic Relationship Practices, Community, & Support

As systems of power and control flex, we’re doubling down on what they can’t take: deeper connection to each other, to our bodies, to the Earth, and to our autonomy. Power-over systems thrive on people feeling scared, shameful, isolated, and disconnected, as to keep us grinding into the machine that feeds the elite. At RR&R™, we resist through remembering that we are built for deeply life-giving, reciprocal relationships. When we feel connected, seen, supported and switched on, we’re less available to be controlled. Let’s get to it.

Tuesdays, August 11th - October 20th via Zoom
